Negative: The bed wasn’t as clean, the sheets was not quite clean, and the water did not get real hot

Positive: Updated condo in an excellent location with free off-street garage parking on weekends. It appears the corporations that occupy floors in this building use the garage during the week.
Negative: Key codes to enter didn't initially work, but the property manager was able to rectify the issue within 10 minutes. In all fairness, I completed a booking and check-in at 11PM. The positive is that a response and solution was offered within 10 minutes during after hours.

Location is great! Building smells there is a subway sandwich shop practically in the lobby! Pictures were professional,

Negative: Found a cockroach on the bedroom! Things weren’t tidy cleaned booked for 5 days only stayed one and was because i check in late.
