Worked great for my families weekend stay, would stay again Positive: Great got my family of 4, spacious and comfortable Negative: Dishwasher did not work. Did not like walking out the front door in the morning with my teenage daughters to find someone sleeping infant off the door. Not the property’s fault, just made my kids a little anxious

Positive: Everything was great, the place was clean. It fit all of our needs. When traveling with 3 teen boys is not easy. We loved it. The roll away bed was a great surprise, we thought one boy would be sleeping on the floor. But it was great!! Negative: We couldn't figure out how to leave on the ceiling fans without the light being on. We are all use to a fan at night. Which was a little disappointing.

Good overall Positive: It is nice and spacious, as well as safe and in a convenient location. Very clear check-in instructions. Negative: Nothing major, just a few recommendations that would make sense if more than one person stays - there are no hooks to hang towels other than one rail in the bathroom, and only one mirror in the apartment which is in the bathroom, so a bit tricky with a few people getting ready at once. Overall it was clean, but we did find some pet hairs in the apartment and a used wipe under one of the beds, so just a bit of attention to detail is required.

Overnight for an appointment Positive: Modern and well kept. Negative: The facility does allow pets so there was a lingering dog smell. I have pets so it wasn’t bothersome but others guests may be put off by the odor.

Filthy!! Positive: The only good things about this place was the location to walk to places. Susan, one of the cleaners, was very helpful once I located her to tell her about how filthy our place was. I have NEVER been so disgusted at how dirty a place was that I paid close to $500 for 2 nights. I very rarely leave reviews, but after contacting Claire, the manager about the condition of the place and asked to be compensated something back, I was told that I could get a full refund if I vacated the property. Unacceptable! Negative: I entered the apartment at 3, check in time, and was immediately disgusted at how filthy the place was! Food,crumbs and dust all over the floor, kitchen counters, coffee table, dressers and TVs. I immediately contacted Claire, the manager through Booking.com, and then wandered the halls looking for someone that could help me. I found a lady cleaning another apartment and told her the situation. She came to clean our place after she was done in the apartment she was currently cleaning. Against her will, my daughter and I helped her clean in order to expedite the amount of cleaning that needed done. I mopped all the floors and my daughter vacuumed the carpets. There was no shampoo, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels. The extra bedding for the pull out sofa was dirty and just thrown in the bag in the closet. Not enough towels for the 6 people staying there either. Susan rectified this and was extremely apologetic, though I don't blame her. Management should clearly inspect the place before new customers come in. When I asked for some sort of reimbursement for the almost 2 hours we lost of our vacation because we had to clean, I was told to vacate in order to get a full refund. I wasn't asking for a full refund, just something to compensate for lost time and the fact that WE had to clean the place ourselves!! Never in my life, have I had such terrible customer service!! Do better is all I have to say! I wish I could attach more than 4 photos here, because I have more and video as well.
