175 LEX - Walkable Downtown Lexington Condo-Hotel

Great property, not so great host. Positive: I liked the view from the 6th floor where I was stating, the condo was very spacious and comfortable. Negative: My stay was very frustrating due to several issues. My elevator code didnt work at first, so I had to walk up six flights of stairs multiple times. The host was also extremely slow to respond to messages and calls. After I extended my stay by one night, I was locked out of my room for over an hour on what was originally my checkout day. Despite calling and messaging the host multiple times, I received no response, which caused me to be late for work. When they finally responded, they seemed careless about the situation. I was also promised a refund of the cleaning fee for booking an extra night, but I never received it. It’s now been five days since I checked out, and I still haven’t received the refund or any follow-up from the host.

Great stay. Seemless, good communication, nice space.

We didn’t get to stay… They charged us for four nights and we weren’t even in the unit two hours Positive: The property itself was cute Negative: It was not properly cleaned. There was dog hair on the rug and carpets that look like it had never been vacuumed. Whoever cleaned the place used so many different chemicals that I had to get my mom out of there because she couldn’t breathe. We did not even stay one night… Had to get another place to stay and after trying to get in touch with the person managing the property several times and the people at booking ….nobody would either put us in another unit or give me a refund so I’m in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. This was an awful experience since my mom is a two time lung cancer Survivor and there was no way we could stay in there. Instead of cleaning, they just threw a bunch of chemicals and deodorizers at the place. It was horrible and whoever is over seeing this place should be checking on it more often.

Positive: Location was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Negative: The heating turned off during the night and we couldn't work out how to get it it to come back on. We couldn’t get hot water to get hot enough for bath.

Positive: Great location! Negative: Would prefer regular coffee maker over the single k-cup maker, but that is just personal preference.
