Quiet and relaxing. Also very convenient location. I also felt very safe with all the code lock doors with the elevator,

We would stay here again, convenient for what we needed.
Positive: The location and area were very nice. Conveniently located to downtown restaurants and bars only 20 minutes to Keeneland. Parking across the street in the chase parking garage is the best deal. Only $10 for 24 hours.
Negative: The homeless people around the area. The apartment was new, but needed to be dusted and cleaned better.
