Perfect location and perfect host, 1000% recommend! Positive: The place was in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. Negative: Nothing

We would stay here again, convenient for what we needed. Positive: The location and area were very nice. Conveniently located to downtown restaurants and bars only 20 minutes to Keeneland. Parking across the street in the chase parking garage is the best deal. Only $10 for 24 hours. Negative: The homeless people around the area. The apartment was new, but needed to be dusted and cleaned better.

Really nice stay in a revitalized downtown. Positive: Great location downtown. There was a festival and a farmers market on Saturday, just down the street. We were visiting University of Kentucky for a sport event and that was very close. Restaurants and bars nearby as well as coffee shops. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to save money and eat in. Best part was the responsiveness of the host - exceptional. Negative: Cannot find any negatives.

Overall is was a good place to stay. Positive: Location was great. Negative: The sofa bed was not comfortable.
