175 LEX - Quiet Loft Near Rupp Arena & Restaurants

Positive: 2nd time staying here. Loved it last time so wanted to stay here again. It's always perfect for location and feels very comfortable. So easy to get access, check out with clear rules and instructions. Thank you again! Negative: Nothing that I can think of.

Disgusting and disappointing Positive: Not one thing. Negative: Everything. Room was dirty. Stains on bed. Gross. Party next door.

Not very happy this time. My husb does not want to stay again and I really don’t like hotels. The couch in this one 502 Positive: We love the location. Close to Rupp and UK campus, and our sons apt. This was the first time we were told of the underground parking and we have stayed 3-4 times. We usually have a much better price but last weekend was heavy activity in Lexington. I wish there was a way to book direct Negative: As I have said we have stayed before . This time it did not seem like it had been cleaned well. Bedroom ok but fingerprints and sticky in kitchen and living room. Why would there be fingerprints all over the TV? It’s not like it’s a touchscreen pretty disgusting..

Ok Positive: The location is great. Moved our so. Back in to UK Negative: Condo was dusty, not that clean. We have stayed before and it was excellent.
