Positive: Very centrally located. The place was extremely clean and they were easy to work with. Negative: Honestly, not much. The furnishings are not high-quality, but this is a rental.

Glad I chose this unit over a traditional hotel stay. Positive: Great location at a minimal price. Time of stay and ease of access to the Center Center and Rupp Arena were motivators for taking the unit. There being a full kitchen and separate bedroom were clear bonuses.
