175 LEX - Walkable Downtown Lexington Condo-Hotel

Not a great experience, smelled like cigarettes and had the loudest noise making hvac unit ever. Positive: Close to university Negative: Our stay was less than stellar! To start the homeless person laying next to the front door wasn’t ideal. Secondly when entering the room the only thing we could smell was stale cigarette smoke, again not great. Lastly, the noise the HVAC unit makes everyone it turns on and off is awful and last for at least 20 seconds each time. There is no way I could give you a 10/10

Convenient location close to the hospital, nice view Positive: Location and design, spacious Negative: The comforter on the bed was dirty, had white stains on. The toilet seat had dried pee on it. The air conditioner had a loud crack noise every hour, could not sleep at all

it was fine, not great, but fine Positive: Location was great. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: The couch is very uncomfortable & listed as a "pull-out" which I don't think anyone, but a small child may fit on it. Also the AC kept making a noise every 25 min or so, i sent a text message but never heard back

Positive: Breakfast? Was that included? very convenient location Negative: Nice, comfortable condos. Too expensive

Beautiful views of the city and a cozy place to relax and enjoy. Positive: Great location in the heart of the city. Parking can be tricky but manageable . Looking forward to staying there again in the future. Negative: I wish we could have stayed longer. The tv in the bedroom we were unable to use steaming services. That was really the only complaint.
