My daughter and I stayed here for 2 1/2 weeks during a horse show. It is in a good and very safe location downtown with lots of walkable restaurants. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again! The carpets in the hallway outside and in the bedroom could use a cleaning and the kitchen is sparsely appointed - limited silverware, no toaster, few pans. It totally did the job and was worth the reasonable price. But just be aware, it gives upper classmen college apartment vibes, not high end. That’s the only reason for not being 5 stars.

Positive: Great location!! It was super clean and very comfortable!

Positive: The room was really nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Negative: The only issue was the hot water. My son took a shower last night and after that there wasn't any hot water. Even this morning it was still ice cold.
