Positive: Location and condo was great! Comfortable beds and easy walk to Rupp Arena and places to eat. Negative: Curtains did not close completely in the bedroom which made the room bright for sleeping. Wider curtains needed with all the lights from outside.

Excellent stay. Highly recommended. Positive: Great views, comfortable beds, great facilities. TV's in every room. Right downtown and close to everything. Parking close by. The information and codes to get inside and into the room was explained perfectly and was easy to follow.

Negative: There was an odd beeping from where the furnace was that would happen from time to time that caught me off guard. We were not in the room for long and it was great for the time we had it

Won't be back due to the false allegiance on burns of the sofa and for telling me I was rude because I had my daught Positive: Everything was beautiful Negative: I got access of burning the sofa when I never even smoked in the room my kids were in the room and then my access code didn't work when I first tried to get inside the room a hotel worker is the reason we got into anything! The person who was texting me was EXTREMELY RUDE and my day was already going bad enough
