175 LEX - Spacious Two Bedroom - Near Rupp Arena!

So clean and spacious! Positive: Walkable distance to everything downtown Negative: N/A

Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done.

Would stay again. Couch isn’t a great fold out but thats the only complaint. Every thing else was excellent.

Overall, this location was great for our trip. We were in town for our daughter's graduation from UofK. We were able to walk everywhere, including Rupp arena for the graduation ceremony. Parking was easy and the condo had everything we needed. The host quickly responded to any messages and check-in was a breeze. I gave the price a 4-star because I thought it was a bit expensive, but every location increased their prices due to the number of people traveling to Lexington for graduation.

Great place to stay with friends!
