Bourbon Condo-Hotel Downtown Lexington

Perfect Positive: Great location, easy to access and perfect for our group!

Great spot Positive: Great location. Clean condo with amenities. Fireplace was bonus heat! There are plenty of pillows. Found free parking on the street. Quick response from host. Negative: Slight issue with room lights and fans. No tissues. Futons were hard.

Nice, but annoying. Positive: Cleanliness, comfort, and modern style were on point. Despite some issues, it was a nice stay. Negative: Lights turned on 3 times in the middle of the night while the a/c and fans turned off, all on their own (disturbing sleep and uncomfortable without a/c). Also, a large vertical black line blocked 15% of the screen on the TV. Ambulance sirens throughout night.

Positive: Very secure, first time staying in a bigger city and I felt very safe staying here. Absolutely beautiful place to stay. If I'm ever back in Lexington I know where I'm staying hands down. Also very affordable for such a nice place. Thank you! Negative: Each remote for the ceiling fans would control all of the fans. I tried to shut the living room fan off and it shut the bedroom fan off. My son turned his fan on around 2 when he got hot and it turned my fan off and the light on. Other then that the place is amazing.
