Great value. Wonderful staff Positive: Location was great. Near Uk and dining options downtown. Negative: Kitchen didn’t have much in terms of pans/pots.

It was fun hanging with my folks when we were relaxing after ren faire Positive: It looked nice, it was nice having a subway underneath lol Negative: N/A

If you want a great location and an upscale vibe, this place is for you, Positive: Location and luxury.

I was able to text somebody to explain all my concerns in that person was very helpful Positive: We did like where the location was close to a lot of things we could walk to Negative: Only thing is, we did not like to not be able to talk to anybody so we could get new towels ask questions. There was a couple things in our room that housekeepers needed to do better at there was crumbs all under our couch one of the drawers in the bedroom was broken in the pillow on the couch, hat rips.

Not that great Positive: Location is great, right in downtown. Negative: Our A/C didn't work and it stayed 80 degrees in our rental the whole time. Also when I pulled the comforter off the bed there were stains and hair on the sheets.
