Positive: The convenience (location) was great. The underground parking with elevator access was very nice! Great location for venues, restaurants and parks! Negative: Furniture was worn and uncomfortable. Footstool very, very stained and gross. Livingroom could have used 1-2 chairs for conversation/watching TV. 4 people on that couch was a bit much! lol!

Awesome!! Positive: Staff was great!! Very accommodating to us. Thank you Rachel for everything. Beautiful condo and view. Very clean as well. Negative: If I had to say anything it would b that parking was a bit far, but not too bad.
